Who we are

Our website address is the same as our company name: https://treasurecovepropertiesllc.com. Treasure Cove Properties, LLC is a real estate investment and solutions company based in North Las Vegas, Nevada that buys single family residential homes or puts them under contract to sell to our network of investors. We buy homes that can’t be sold using traditional financing methods due to various reasons including the condition of the property, delinquent loan payments, abandoned homes, problem rental homes and many other challenges homeowners often face. We are not licensed real estate agents, brokers or dealers and we don’t list homes for sale. We BUY homes and provide solutions for properties in distress.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The only personal information we collect on this site is contact information. We do not collect any other type of personal or sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers or bank account information.

Contact forms

In order to understand each homeowner’s unique situation, we need to gather basic contact information such as your full name, e-mail address and phone number. This allows us to follow up with a phone call or email to ask questions about the property you own and to provide answers about how we can work with or assist you in selling or perhaps catching up on missed payments. This information is kept private and secure and is never sold to any third party companies for marketing or advertising purposes.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our REI (real estate investing) Blog, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Analytics

At this time, we have not yet set up and analytics account. We will update this section as soon as we have one in place. Analytics are used to help determine web site traffic and performance.

Who we share your data with

We work closely with other real estate professionals, including investors, private money lenders, hard money lenders, realtors, appraisers, title companies and contractors. In order to fully analyze your property and come up with a fair, all-cash offer, we must share some of your information, such as the property address, square footage of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition (as in cost of repairs) with some but certainly not all of our business associates. However, this will only occur if (a) you do decide to sell your property and (b) we schedule a day and time to see the property in person. We will not share your contact information without (a) your permission, (b) telling you who it is and (c) why they need to speak to you.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment on our blog, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Contact information is kept for up to one year for clients who don’t have an active contract with us, as some people are understandably reluctant to sell their home or may need more time to consider our offer. For clients who contract with us, information will be kept in accordance with local tax laws.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
